Welcome to Vega77 (hereinafter referred to as "Vega77", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vega77 website at https://vega77.click and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer rooms, and any other gaming or wagering products offered through the Platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing the services provided by Vega77, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and Vega77. In the event of any inconsistency between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on Vega77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Vega77 strictly enforces a 21+ minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request identity documentation to verify age at any time.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not in any professional or corporate capacity on behalf of a business or organisation.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement, whether imposed voluntarily or by a gambling operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your applicable jurisdiction.
• You confirm that you have independently determined that accessing and using Vega77 is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you accept full personal responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
• You must not reside in any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

Each User may hold only one (1) Account on Vega77. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update this information if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Vega77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.

• Accounts must be registered in the User's own name and for personal use only.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Vega77 reserves the right to close any Account where registration details cannot be verified to our satisfaction.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account or any part of your Account balance to another person.

Vega77 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at Vega77's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier, and are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

• All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• Vega77 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control.
• Deposits are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at prevailing rates at the time of transaction.
• In the event of a chargeback, disputed transaction, or payment reversal initiated by a User without valid grounds, Vega77 reserves the right to suspend the Account and recover any funds paid out in connection with the disputed deposit.

Withdrawals from Vega77 are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

• The Account must have completed full KYC verification, including government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership.
• All applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds received must be fully met before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request unless otherwise specified.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. In cases where this is not possible, alternative verification steps will apply.

Indicative processing timeframes are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers — typically 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — typically 15 to 60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative only and may be affected by banking system availability, public holidays, or additional verification requirements.

Vega77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Users. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that particular offer.

General conditions applicable to all Vega77 bonuses include the following:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or shared between Accounts.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the stated validity period. Bonus funds that expire before requirements are met will be removed from the Account without replacement.
• Vega77 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where evidence of abuse, exploitation, or systematic wagering designed to circumvent bonus conditions is identified.
• Any winnings generated from bonus funds prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirement are classified as contingent winnings and remain subject to the wagering requirement in full.
• Vega77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.

All bets, wagers, and gaming sessions on Vega77 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to that game type or betting market. These rules are made available within the platform interface for each product category.

• Vega77 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds, or based on a system malfunction or technical fault.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the platform's records shall be treated as the authoritative record of the transaction.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of the Platform and may be suspended without notice during significant match events. Bets placed after an event outcome is determined but before the market is closed will be voided.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and may vary by sport, market, game type, and Account level. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• Vega77 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or betting product and may remove or suspend products at any time.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted in real-time. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are accurate representations of the configured payout rates for each game.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities in connection with their use of Vega77:

1. Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or indirectly through associates.
2. Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
3. Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or strategic gameplay designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational use.
4. Using payment methods that do not belong to the registered User, including payments from third parties or anonymous payment instruments.
5. Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
6. Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any Account, system component, or administrative interface of the Platform.
7. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to Vega77 at any point, including during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
8. Collusion with other players in any game mode where player vs. player competition is a feature.
9. Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or social means.

Where Vega77 identifies or reasonably suspects any prohibited conduct, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the Account, void any bets or winnings connected with the prohibited activity, and permanently close the Account without liability. Cases of fraud or financial crime may be referred to relevant authorities.

Vega77 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide tools to assist Users in managing their gaming activity. • Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Users may configure session time reminders and automatic logout timers to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary suspension (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from their Account or via our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of session duration are available for all Users.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and other materials contained on or forming part of the Vega77 Platform are the proprietary property of Vega77 or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the Platform without prior written consent from Vega77.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Using any Vega77 trademark, brand name, or logo in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Framing, mirroring, or scraping any content from the Platform for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vega77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Services, including interruptions caused by third-party payment systems, telecommunications networks, or other infrastructure.
• Any loss of data, winnings, or Account balance arising from technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game data, odds, or results caused by a third-party data or content provider.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or public holidays.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Vega77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

Vega77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any balance or winnings, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or our Responsible Gambling Policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, or any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from Vega77.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or formal dispute from a payment provider in connection with a deposit made to the Account.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement to do so.

Users may close their Account at any time by contacting the Vega77 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for return to the User's verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal processing requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vega77 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence confer jurisdiction on local courts.

Vega77 does not warrant that the Services are appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using Vega77 is lawful in their place of residence. Vega77 expressly disclaims any liability arising from a User's failure to comply with applicable local laws.

Vega77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated version number and effective date. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or via a notice displayed upon login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
